Child Safety Standards

Last updated: October 9, 2026

These standards apply to Rawly: Photo & Video Challenge (the Rawly app on Google Play and the App Store) and to rawly.app. Rawly is operated by Rawly OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia.

Rawly has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content or behaviour that sexually abuses, exploits or endangers a child is prohibited everywhere in Rawly. There are no warnings and no second chances.

In these standards, a child or minor is anyone under 18 years old.

1. What is prohibited

These rules cover every part of Rawly: photos, videos, captions, comments, voice comments, stories, challenges, chat tasks, profiles and private messages.

2. Who can use Rawly

You must be at least 16 years old to use Rawly, as set out in our Terms of Service. Accounts that we believe belong to someone under 16 are closed.

3. How Rawly is built to limit abuse

4. How to report

You can also report child sexual abuse material directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline or to the hotline in your country through INHOPE.

5. What we do

6. Compliance with law

Rawly OÜ complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including the laws of Estonia, the EU Digital Services Act, and the laws of every country where Rawly is available.
